The rules that govern your relationship with BIE BANK.

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of use (GTCU) govern access to and use of the services offered by BIE BANK SAS via its website bnkbie.com and its BIE BANK mobile application.

2. Acceptance of terms

Use of BIE BANK services constitutes full and complete acceptance of these GTCU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility conditions

To open a BIE BANK account, you must:

  • Be a natural person of legal age (or a minor aged 12 to 17 with parental consent)
  • Reside in an eligible European country
  • Present a valid ID from one of the 198 accepted nationalities
  • Have a valid mobile phone number

4. Services offered

BIE BANK offers payment services including:

  • Opening and management of a payment account
  • Issuance and management of payment instruments (Mastercard card)
  • Execution of payment transactions (transfers, direct debits)
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals at partner points
  • Account information service via the mobile application

5. Pricing

The basic annual fee is €25 for the Classic card. Specific fees may apply for certain transactions (additional withdrawals, international transfers, etc.). Full pricing details are available in our fee schedule on the site.

6. User obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Keep their login credentials and PIN code confidential
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Immediately report any suspected fraudulent use

7. Liability of BIE BANK

BIE BANK is responsible for the proper execution of payment transactions it carries out, except in cases of force majeure or user fault. In the event of an unauthorised transaction reported within the legal deadlines, BIE BANK will refund the amount concerned as soon as possible.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service or via your online customer area. Termination takes effect upon final account closure, after reimbursement of any balance. In accordance with regulations, termination may take up to 30 business days.

9. Modification of GTCU

BIE BANK reserves the right to modify these GTCU at any time. You will be informed of any modification by email or in-app notification at least 2 months before it comes into effect.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCU are governed by European law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
